Child Care

There are numerous baby changing facilities and child care in both Terminals, and access to a breast feeding room is available on request at any of the information desks. Disposable nappies (diapers), baby food and other baby care necessities are obtainable from the chemist shops in both Terminals, and most of the restaurants will heat baby food for you at no charge.

Free play areas for small children (aged 2­6) are provided in both North and South Terminal departure lounges and in the Gatwick Village at South Terminal. For older children there are games centres in Gatwick Village and The Avenue.

Call the Reservations or Customer Service number of your airline (see Airline Directory section) to
reserve a skycot for your young child on long-haul flights. Most airlines will also provide special meals and activity packs for youngsters.
