Fast Track

Fast Track is Gatwick's priority route for First and Business Class passengers. The idea is to streamline departure procedures so that qualifying passengers do not have to spend time waiting in line. Specially designated car parks, check-in desks, passport control and security desks and other facilities are provided for those passengers given a Fast Track pass at check-in. As the system caught on and was used by an increasing number of passengers, the Fast Track desks became choke points at busy times, and their purpose was negated. Extra business facilities have now been provided, and the service is much improved. It would still be unwise, however, to count on a delay-free departure process at peak times.
