There are information desks in the Arrivals area of each Terminal, at both Terminals to your right as you exit the customs hall. Multi-lingual staff are on hand to deal with enquiries 24 hours a day. The information desks make easily found rendezvous points and staff will make a public address call if you are unable to find the persons you are meeting. They also have message boards for written messages. The staff will help you with any query you have about the airport, and can provide free literature about particular airport services. Some staff are proficient in sign language, and specially trained to assist passengers who have impaired hearing.
