Parents travelling alone with small children can obtain help with their luggage by using a Help Point phone to call fro free assistance from a Heathrow Skycap porter. This service is provided with the compliments of BAA Heathrow.

There are baby changing facilities in all of the terminals, and access to a breast feeding room is available on request at any of the airport information desks. Disposable nappies, baby food and other baby care necessities are obtainable from chemists in every Terminal and most restaurants will heat baby food for you at no charge.
