There are information desks in the Arrivals area of each Terminal, the Departures area of Terminal 3 and on the top floor of the Flight Connection Centre. Operated by BAA Heathrow, the information desks make easily found rendezvous points and are where you can have a public address call made if you are unable to find the persons you are meeting. The staff will help you with any query you have about the airport, and can provide free literature about particular airport services.

Travel and flight insurance requirements can be handled by bureaux in each of the Terminals. Cash and cheques can be paid into personal accounts, and payment made of gas, electricity, phone and credit card bills, all free of charge before you fly. Personal cheques will be cashed, subject to presentation of two forms of identification, up to the limit of a guarantee card - again free of charge.
