Passenger Help Points are provided so that free assistance can be called by passengers who are elderly, or who have disabilities, or who are parents travelling alone with small children. Help Points display a 'You are here' map, and have low-level phones that are easily accessible to wheelchair users for calling a porter or obtaining information. Help Points can be found close to orange badge parking slots in each of the main Car Parks, on Terminal forecourts, in baggage reclaim areas, and in the Underground and Central Bus Stations.
