Visitor Centre

Situated in Newall Road, off the A4 Bath Road to the north of the airport, the Visitor Centre doubles as a Community Information Centre where face to face and telephone enquiries about the airport are handled. A Job Centre is co-located with the Visitor Centre, and airport work vacancies are processed in this office.

The interactive exhibition of Heathrow's past, present and future is extremely popular and informative, especially as the Public Inquiry into the building of Terminal 5 draws to a close. School and other group visits can be arranged by appointment, but individual visitors can turn up between 10:00 and 19:00 on weekdays, or 10:00 and 17:00 at weekends, to find free parking and free admission. There is a good view of the north side of the airport and the northern runway, and as well as many interactive displays there is a free audio tour guide available.
